Corporate collaboration makes semifinalist for the HCI Human Capital M-Prize

The Management Innovation eXchange,   an open innovation project for reinventing management for the 21st century, recently announced the semifinalists for the HCI Human Capital M-Prize.  It is great to see IDEO’s collaboration system make one of the 10 semifinalists in this contest.   Doug Solomon, CTO of IDEO company, talks about the design principles of their system, which you can read here.  I agree especially with three of the five parameters, that the systems should reward and incentivize contribution, that  it should bring intuitive interfaces and be able to integrate with tools and ways of working that people already use.
